CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-282 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STREET <br /> TREE PRUNING AND REMOVAL, PROJECT NO. 87-51, AND <br /> AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BID8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 87:281), advised the City Council that plans <br /> and specifications had been completed for street tree <br /> pruning and removal , Project No. 87-51, and that said <br /> plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 7, 1987, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for street tree <br /> pruning and removal, Project 87-51. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 7, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
