CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-275 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP, SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT AND <br /> IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 5711, ROSEPARK (STANDARD <br /> PACIFIC) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract <br /> 5711, Rosepark, Standard Pacific, have been submitted <br /> and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary <br /> inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the <br /> Director of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City <br /> Council at its meeting of July 7, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the final map is consistent <br /> with the Pleasanton General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 5711, Rosepark, Standard Pacific, are hereby <br /> approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers <br /> are instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute <br /> the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5711, Rosepark, <br /> Standard Pacific, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 7, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> <br />
