CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-271 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVIN~ A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF KRISTEN LAMB FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 8IX PARCEL <br /> SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY <br /> 4.76 ACRES LOCATED AT 2982 FOOTHILL ROAD (PUD-87-8) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 16, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Kristen Lamb for Planned Unit Development <br /> rezoning and development plan approval for a six parcel <br /> single-family residential development on an <br /> approximately 4.76 acre site located at 2982 Foothill <br /> Road (PUD-87-8); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated May 19, 1987 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Kristen Lamb for Planned Unit Development rezoning <br /> and development plan approval for a six parcel <br /> single-family residential development on an <br /> approximately 4.76 acre site located at 2982 Foothill <br /> Road (PUD-87-8). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
