CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-271 RESOLUTION APPROVIN~ A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF KRISTEN LAMB FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 8IX PARCEL SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY 4.76 ACRES LOCATED AT 2982 FOOTHILL ROAD (PUD-87-8) WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 16, 1987, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Kristen Lamb for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a six parcel single-family residential development on an approximately 4.76 acre site located at 2982 Foothill Road (PUD-87-8); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 19, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Kristen Lamb for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a six parcel single-family residential development on an approximately 4.76 acre site located at 2982 Foothill Road (PUD-87-8). Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
