RESOLUTION NO. 87-264 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CLOSING IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-5, FROMM BUSINESS PARK <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> On February 22, 1983, the,City Council adopted its <br /> Resolution of Intention No. 83-67, for public improvements in <br /> Assessment District No. 1982-5, Fromm Business Park, City of <br /> Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> All costs of the improvement have been paid, including <br />incidental expenses, and there remains no surplus in the improvement <br />fund. <br /> <br /> The City Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of <br />this resolution to the City Finance Office for their use in closing <br />the improvement fund, in accordance with Exhibit A attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
