RESOLUTION NO. 87-263 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1985-1, CHABOT DRIVE EXTENSION, <br /> EAST AMADOR RELIEF SEWER AND SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />On February 28, 1985, the City Council adopted its <br />Resolution of Intention No. 85-97, for public improvements in <br />Assessment District No. 1985-1, Chabot Drive Extension, East Amador <br />Relief Sewer and Santa Rita Road, City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, as later amended. <br /> <br /> All costs of the improvement have been paid, including <br />incidental expenses, and there remains in the improvement fund a <br />surplus in the amount of $95,~58.08. The assessments originally <br />levied have been refunded in Asssessment District No. 1988-7, North <br />Pleasanton Improvement District No. 2. The amount of <br />shall be applied as a credit upon the appropriate reassessments in <br />Assessment District No. 1988-T, North Pleasanton Improvement <br />District No. 2, in the manner provided in Section 10~27.1 of the <br />Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> The City Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of <br />this resolution to the City Finance Office for their use in making <br />the credit to reassessments, in accordance with Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
