RESOLUTION NO. 87-260 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-3, MEYER CENTER <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> On July 28, 1983, the City Council adopted its Resolution <br />of Intention No. 83-303, for public improvements in Assessment <br />District No. 1982-3, Meyer Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, as later amended. <br /> <br /> All costs of the improvement have been paid, including <br />incidental expenses, and there remains in the improvement fund a <br />surplus in the amount of $2,124.12. The assessments originally <br />levied have been refunded in Meyer Center Refunding District <br /> <br />No. 1986-5. The amount of $2,124.12 shall be applied as a credit <br />upon the appropriate reassessments in Meyer Center Refunding <br />District No. 1986-5, in the manner provided in Section 10427.1 of <br />the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> The City Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy-of <br />this resolution to the City Finance Office for their use in making <br />the credit to reassessments, in accordance with Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
