RESOLUTION NO. 87-258 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-1, DUBLIN CANYON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> On February 25, 1982, the.City Council adopted its <br /> Resolution of Intention No. 82-7~, for public improvements in <br /> Assessment District No. 1982-1, Dublin Canyon Road Improvements, <br /> City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, as later amended. <br /> <br /> All costs of the improvement have been paid, including <br />incidental expenses, and there remains in the improvement fund a <br />surplus in the amount of $197,789.14. This amount shall be applied <br />as a credit upon the assessments levied in Assessment District <br /> <br />No. 1982-1, Dublin Canyon Road Improvements, in the manner provided <br />in Section 10427.1 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> The City Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of <br />this resolution to the City Finance Office for their use in making <br />the credit to each assessment, in accordance with Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
