RESOLUTION NO. 87-257 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS IN IMPROVEMENT FUND <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1981-1, PLEASANTON PARK <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> On April 28, 1981, the City Council adopted its Resolution <br />of Intention No. 81-124, for public improvements in Assessment <br />District No. 1981-1, Pleasanton Park, City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, as later amended. <br /> <br /> All costs of the improvement have been paid, inoludin~ <br />incidental expenses, and there remains in the improvement fund a <br />surplus in the amount of $18,~2B.88. This amount shall be applied <br />as a credit upon the assessments levied in Assessment District <br />No. 1981-1, Pleasanton Park, in the manner provided in Section <br />1042T.1 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> The City Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of <br />this resolution to the City Finance Office for their use in makinE <br />the credit to each assessment, in accordance with Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
