CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-255 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- <br /> LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY <br /> AMENDING SECTION 3 ESTABLISHING A STOP SIGN AT CAMINO <br /> SEGURA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br /> for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br /> Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 16, 1987, the City Council <br /> received and discussed a report (SR 87:260) from the <br /> Director of Public Works and Utilities related to <br /> establishing a stop sign on Camino Segura at its <br /> intersection with Via de Los Milagros; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 to add subsection 3c-10; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended <br /> by adding subsection 3c-10 to Section 3 as follows: <br /> <br /> "3c-10 Camino Segura, at Via de Los Milagros; stopping <br /> traffic on Camino Segura." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 16, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> K~N~ET[VR.
