CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-254 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF SEWER <br /> PERMITS FOR CENTER PARK DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 16, 1987, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the City Attorney (SR 87:263) <br /> regarding a request to extend sewer connection permits <br /> for the Center Park development; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby denies the request of <br /> Kroll/CM+, Inc. for a two year extension of sewer <br /> connection permits, which permits expire on June 8, <br /> 1987. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 16, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KEWNE~H R?
