RESOLUTION NO. 87-253 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS <br /> <br /> NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-4 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />The City of Pleasanton has received public bids for the <br />construction of Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue street <br />improvements and the StoneridEe Connection improvements. <br /> <br /> The Engineer of Work has reviewed the bids and now <br />recommends award of the construction contracts to the lowest <br />responsible bidder, OLIVER DE SILVA, INC., whose hid prices are: <br />Santa Rita Road improvements- $813,563.50; Stoneridge Connection- <br /> <br /> The City Council therefore awards the contracts to that <br />bidder. All other bids are rejected. <br /> <br /> The City Council directs the City Clerk to publish a <br />notice of award of contracts. <br /> <br /> The City Council authorizes and directs the Mayor and the <br />City Clerk to sign the written contracts for this construction when <br />they are presented to them for signature, alon~ with the surety <br />bonds and insurance certificates required by the construction <br />specifications. <br /> <br /> ORiGiNAL <br /> <br /> <br />
