MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING <br />1.1 Areas for Landscaping Maintenance. CSS #112 shall <br />maintain the following landscaping areas: <br />1.1.1 Santa Rita Road: <br />The area within the public <br />service easements along the Rosewood Drive frontage <br />immediately adjacent to the west side of Santa Rita Road, as <br />is shown on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof; <br />and <br />1.1.2 Rosewood Drive: (i) Central medians for <br />Rosewood Drive from its intersection with Santa Rita Road to <br />its intersection with Old Santa Rita Road, and (ii) the areas <br />. , <br />within the rights of way and public service easements on both <br />sides of Rosewood Drive between Santa Rita Road and the <br />northwest Rosewood Pavilion Property Line in which <br />landscaping has been installed, or is to be installed <br />pursuant to approved plans, by Trammell-Crow as (i) and (ii) <br />are shown on Exhibit "C" attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof. <br />1.1.3 Intent of Parties. The parties have attempted <br />to describe with particularity in Sections l.l.l and 1.1.2 <br />the areas in which CSS #112 shall perform maintenance duties <br />as provided by this agreement, but the specific intent of the <br />parties is that the maintenance duties of CSS #112 under this <br />agreement shall include all areas, and only those areas, in <br />which landscaping, sidewalks, irrigation systems, or other <br />- 2 - <br />
