CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-248 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF REQUESTS OF THE NORTHERN GROUP AND TRAMMELL <br /> CROW FOR GROWTH MANAGEMENT EXEMPTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 2, 1987, Council reviewed the <br /> applications of The Northern Group and Trammell Crow for <br /> lower-income exemptions to the Growth Management <br /> Program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council approves the requests of the Northern Group <br /> (PUD-81-30-39D) and Trammell Crow (PUD-87-3) for lower <br /> income exemptions to the Growth Management Program, <br /> under the criteria established in Resolution No. 87-247, <br /> subject to negotiation of an agreement acceptable to <br /> Council pursuant to the Growth Management Program <br /> process. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 2, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~//~/.~ <br />ATTEST: KENNETH YOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
