Excerpts of the Minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting of <br /> May 13, 1987 <br /> <br />PUD-80-2-SD, Bernal Avenue Associates <br />Application of Bernal Avenue Associates for design review <br />approval to construct a four-building, approximately 115,000 sq. <br />ft. office complex, to be located on an approximately 9.2 acre <br />site, located generally in the area bounded by 1-680, the Arroyo <br />Del Valle, and Koll Center Parkway. Zoning for the property is <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial/Commercial and <br />Offices District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this application. <br /> <br />The public hearing was opened. <br /> <br />Jim Gresham, Bernal Avenue Associates, stated that they have <br />worked closely with staff regarding the staff report and can <br />comply with all of the conditions recommended. Mr. Gresham <br />stated his architect, and landscape architect are available to <br />answer any questions the Commission may have with regard to this <br />application. <br /> <br />Bob Giannini, architect, made a presentation covering the site <br />plan, elevations, landscaping plan and other aspects of the <br />project. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed. <br /> <br />Chairman Lindsey stated the project is of quality and <br />complimented the developer on their proposal. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti complimented the developer on the trees <br />that have been planted in the business park. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by <br />Commissioner Berger to recommend approval of Case PUD-80-2-5D <br />subject to the conditions shown in the staff report. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Tarver and <br /> Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Resolution No. No. PC-87-51 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of Case PUD-80-2-5D as motioned. <br /> <br /> - 10 - <br /> <br /> <br />
