CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-246 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF BERNAL AVENUE <br /> ASSOCIATES FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A FOUR-BULDING OFFICE <br /> COMPLEX ON APPROXIMATELY 9.2 ACRE8 LOCATED IN THE AREA <br /> BOUNDED BY 1-680, THE ARROYO DEL VALLE AND KOLL CENTER <br /> PARKWAY (PUD-S0-2-5D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bernal Avenue Associates has applied for design approval <br /> for a four-building, approximately 115,000 sq. ft. <br /> office complex to be located on an approximately 9.2 <br /> acre site, located in the area bounded by i-680, the <br /> Arroyo del Valle, and Koll Center Parkway (PUD-80-2-5D); <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impace Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-80-2) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application doea not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 2, 1987 and testimony <br /> taken concerning the proposed project including its <br /> design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-80-2 and <br /> the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with the PUD as well as the City's General <br /> Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Bernal Avenue Associates <br /> for design approval for a four-building, approximtely <br /> 115,000 sq. ft. office complex on an approximately 9.2 <br /> acre site located in the area bounded by 1-680, the <br /> Arroyo del Valle and Koll Center Parkway, subject to the <br /> conditions listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
