CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-245 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING 8HARRELL MICHELOTTI AND MARCELLINE <br /> MAHERN TO FERTILE CRESCENT COMMITTEE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Fertile Crescent Committee has been organized to <br /> preserve the rich agricultural district between <br /> Pleasanton and Livermore; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a portion of these vineyards are within the sphere of <br /> influence of the City of Pleasanton and Council feels it <br /> is appropriate to have representation on the Committee; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Council hereby confirms the appointment by Mayor <br /> Mercer of Sharrell Michelotti and Marcelline Mahern to <br /> the Fertile Crescent Committee. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 2, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~~ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> · .'
