CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-236 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> EMERGENCY GENERATOR CONNECTION FOR WELLS 5, 6 AND 7 AND <br /> VINEYARD BOOSTER PUMP STATION AND AUTHORIZATION TO CALL <br /> FOR BIDS, PROJECT NO. 87-61, AND AUTMORISING CALLING FOR <br /> BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 87:240), advised the City Council that plans <br /> and specifications had been completed for emergency <br /> generator connection for Wells 5, 6 and 7 and Vineyard <br /> Booster Pump Station, Project No. 87-61, and that said <br /> plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 2, 1987, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Emergency Generator Connection for Wells 5, 6, and 7 and <br /> Vineyard Booster Pump Station, Project No. 87-61. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 2, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> ~e~'D.
