CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-232 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE <br /> AMADOR-LIVERMORE VALLEY EXCHANGE CLUB FOR THE 1987 <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY FAIR PARADE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 2, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a report (SR 87:247) from the Assistant to the <br /> City Manager regarding an application from the <br /> Amador-Livermore Exchange Club for a permit to hold the <br /> 1987 Alameda County Fair Parade on June 27, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the City Council approve the <br /> application; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of the Amador-Livermore <br /> Valley Exchange Club for a permit to hold the 1987 <br /> Alameda County Fair Parade on June 27, 1987, to be held <br /> in the City of Pleasanton as more particularly <br /> delineated in the report of the Assistant to the City <br /> Manager, subject to all conditions set forth by the City <br /> in Staff Report 87:247. <br /> <br />Section 2: The budget for fiscal year 1986-87 is amended to <br /> include staff overtime costs associated with the event. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 2, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: ET~H~~ <br /> KEN MERCER, MAYOR <br /> <br /> ~et~'D'.'
