CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-231 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF MARK REDEKER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 4, 1987, the City of Pleasanton received a claim <br /> filed on behalf of Mark Redeker for damages incurred; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 2, 1987, the City Council reviewed the claim and <br /> determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim of Mark Redeker is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 2, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSTAIN: None ET/HR~' /~YjC~x-~/ <br />ATTEST: <br /> KEN MERCER, MAYOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> TO FORM: <br />~ee~r Di ei~y A~t'o~ney <br /> <br /> <br />
