CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-230 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE AMENDED CLAIM OF JOE DWYER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 21, 1987, the City of Pleasanton received an <br /> amended claim filed on behalf of Joe Dwyer for injuries <br /> incurred on April 11, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 2, 1987, the City Council reviewed the claim and <br /> determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The amended claim of Joe Dwyer is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JUNE 2, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KE~NNfT~ R.
