CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-229 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br /> INSTITUTE (MSI) AND AMENDING THE 1986-87 BUDGET BY <br /> $10,000 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 19, 1987, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report (SR 87:230) of the City Manager <br /> regarding a review and revision of Pleasanton's <br /> Proposition 4 limit; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Management Services Institute <br /> (MSI), regarding a review and revision of the City's <br /> Proposition 4 limit, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference· <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement· <br /> <br /> Section 3: Authorizes and amendment to the 1986-87 budget of <br /> $10,000 to cover the cost· <br /> <br /> Section 4: Approves consideration of the proposal to develop and <br /> install a Computerized Fee Analysis and Cost Control <br /> System during the 1987-88 budget review· <br /> <br /> Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 19, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None NN/ETH~~ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> K R.
