CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-228 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DIRECTING NEGOTIATION OF OPERATING AGREEMENT <br /> AND HODAG REPAYMENT AGREEMENT WITH DEVELOPER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 19,1987, Council reviewed the <br /> report of the City Manager (SR 87:229) regarding the <br /> proposed operation and financing for the Senior Citizen <br /> Housing Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into several agreements <br /> regarding this project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Authorizes staff to negotiate an operating agreement <br /> with Eden Housing, Inc. regarding the proposed Senior <br /> Housing Project, said agreement to be reviewed by <br /> Council. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes staff to negotiate an agreement with Dean <br /> Witter Reynolds, Inc. and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe <br /> regarding Housing Revenue Bonds for the Senior Housing <br /> Project, said agreement to be reviewed by Council. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 19, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~p ~ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
