CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-223 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF NORTHERN GROUP FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 354 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX ON APPROXIMATELY 14.7 ACRES LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF STONERIDGE DRIVE AND WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD (PUD-S1-30-39D) WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 19, 1987, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of The Northern Group for development plan approval for a 354 unit apartment complex on approximately 14.7 acres located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and West Las Positas Boulevard (PUD-81-30-39D); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 13, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of The Northern Group for development plan approval for a 354 unit apartment complex on approximately 14.7 acres located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and West Las Positas Boulevard (PUD-81-30-39D) . Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
