MINUTES <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />October 16, 2007 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Hosterman called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Councilmember McGovern led the <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Introductory Comments <br />Councilmember McGovern announced the following upcoming events: Assembly member <br />Alberto Trico will be holding a Town Hall meeting this Thursday, October 18, at the Pleasanton <br />Senior Center Thursday, October 18 at the Pleasanton Senior Center, ACTIA, Alameda County <br />Transportation Improvement Authority, will hold a transportation forum on East County; The <br />City's Teen and Youth Program will be hosting a Halloween Haunted House at the Amador <br />Recreation Center, Foothill High School Band Review Parade will be held on October 27"'; and <br />November 4"' is the date for the Annual Veterans Day Parade <br />Roll Call <br />Present: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Absent: None <br />City Attorney Michael Roush said the Council met in Closed Session and no reportable action <br />was required. <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />Councilmember McGovern requested continuance of Item 6 and 7 on the Consent Agenda, <br />stating her concern is not with the items themselves, but she felt it was important for the Council <br />to have the minutes of the meeting in order to compare what was said at the meeting to what is <br />being shown to the Council in the development agreement and conditions of approval for a <br />PUD. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Administrative Services <br />1. Approved regular and special meeting minutes of September 4, 2007, and regular meeting <br />minutes of September 18, 2007 <br />City Attornev <br />2. Approved Mobilehome Rent Stabilization and Related Agreements for Hacienda <br />Mobilehome Park, Vineyard Mobil Villa, and Fairview Trailer Park <br />Carole Perkins, addressed the City Council, asked the City Council to postpone its vote on <br />the agreement as there was an addition to the agreement they have not agreed. Prior to <br />the Council's approval, she asked that paragraph "d" be re-considered to remove the <br />additional $11. <br />
