Accepted public improvements performed by Vintage Construction for the Pleasanton <br />Middle School Tennis Court Lighting and Resurfacing Project #067014 <br />Plannina <br />6. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 1960 approving an application for a <br />major modification to allow an existing solid fence to remain, where open fencing is required, <br />along a portion of the rear and side property line of the property located at 4546 River Rock <br />Hill. Zoning for the property is PUD-RDR/LDR (Planned Unit Development - Rural ~~ensity <br />ResidentiaVLow Density Residential) District <br />6.1 Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and the Planning Commission. <br />Public Works <br />7. Approved aPre-annexation agreement, sewer and water connections for 6352 Alisal Street <br />with Daniel and Cindy Marks <br />8. Presentation of commendations to individuals that assisted law enforcement in carjacking <br />case <br />Councilmember Cook-Kallio, on behalf of the Council, presented commendations and thanked <br />AI Borrel, Gary Tomcyk, James Rosewater, Brian Lancaster and Tom Beatty for their active <br />bravery during the carjacking of a female juvenile and by assisting police in the capturQ of the <br />suspect. <br />10. Public Comment <br />Fred Norman noted that 21 American troops have lost their lives in Iraq since the last Council <br />meeting and said he is not alone in trying to end the war and felt if there were more who felt this <br />way we might succeed. <br />Allen Roberts commented on the City's Website with regard to staff reports retrieval. <br />City Council Minutes 2 October 2, 2007 <br />
