CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-210 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF WEST LAS POSITAS/STONERIDGE DRIVE <br /> IMPROVEMENT, PROJECT NO. NPID 82-4B, AND APPROVAL OP <br /> FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO OLIVER DE SILVA, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Oliver de Silva, Inc. on the West Las <br /> Positas/Stoneridge Drive improvements, Project No. NPID <br /> 82-4B, has been satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the West Las Positas/Stoneridge Drive <br />improvements, Project No. NPID 82-4B is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $7,654.50 in favor of Oliver de <br /> Silva, Inc. in satisfaction of the final progress <br /> payment for the above-accepted work on Project No. NPID <br /> 82-4B. Ten percent (10%) of the total contract or <br /> $131,522.62 will be retained until thirty (30) days <br /> after filing of the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 19, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> K~NNETH~R.
