P-22a (Rev.) <br />1550S <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-399 <br /> <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LOWEST BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SYCAMORE <br />WATER RESERVOIR (CAPITAL PROJECT I), APPROVING FORMS OF A SITE <br />LEASE, A FACILITY LEASE, A TRUST AGREEMENT, AN AGENCY <br />AGREEMENT AND A DEED OF GIFT, APPROVING FORM AND DISTRIBUTION <br />OF A PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT AND SELECTING UNDERWRITER <br />FOR THE SALE OF 1987 CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this City Council has heretofore approved <br /> plans and specifications for construction of a new water <br /> <br /> reservoir and pipeline in the County of Alameda, California <br />'for the use of the City of Pleasanton (herein called the <br /> <br /> "City"), to be located approximately 1300 feet northeast of <br /> the intersection of Alisal Road and Sycamore Road, and to have <br /> a capacity of approximately 8,000,000 gallons of water, <br /> including all works, properties and structures comprising said <br /> reservoir and pipeline, together with parking, site <br /> development, landscaping, utilities, equipment, furnishings, <br /> improvements and appurtenant and related facilities (herein <br /> called "Capital Project I"), and directed that public <br /> competitive bids for the construction of Capital Project I be <br /> received; <br /> <br /> <br />
