This appendix is intended as a <br /> Euide to Ca!trans and City staffs. <br /> <br />Pro~ect Development <br /> <br />8. The type of environmental document required will be determined <br /> after the Initial Study/Environmental Assessment has been pre- <br /> pared. <br /> <br />9. A Project Development Teem (PDT) shall be established. The PDT <br /> shall be chaired by Ca!trans. Team member selection will be ap- <br /> proved by the Ca!trans District Director. It is intended that <br /> the PDT will function as a steering group, and therefore its size <br /> will be limited. The PDT will call on staff support as required <br /> from Ca!trans or the City.
