c. Findings. Based on the EIR and the entire record before the City, the City finds that: (i) Effects of Mitigation. To mitigate the potential effects of seismically induced ground shaking at the project site, the design and construction of all structures on the lots of the Environmentally Superior Project -primary structures, accessory structures, second units, etc. -and the City water tank and restroom building shall conform to the current standards defined in the most recently adopted California Building Code and shall implement the recommendations of the preliminary geotechnical investigation report and the design- level geotechnical report to be submitted with the tentative subdivision map. (ii) Remaining Impacts. Any remaining impacts related to previously undiscovered archeological resources will be less than significant. 2. Slope instability (pp. i46-147, 148-150 and 363-365; Condition 64-70 of PUD-33; MM/P Fla, F2b, and F2c). a. Potentiallmpact. Construction of infrastructure and homes in areas of known or potential slope instability and/or unstable soils could result in significant damage to existing improvements or proposed development. b. Mitigation Measures. The following mitigation measures are hereby adopted and will be implemented as provided for in the Mitigation Monitoring and Implementation Program: • Implement Oak Grove Planned Unit Development (PUD-33) Mitigation Measures Fla, F2b and F2c. c.
