c. Findings. <br />Based on the EIR and the entire record before the City, the City finds that: <br />(i) Effects of Mitigation. <br />To mitigate the potential effects of seismically induced ground shaking at the project <br />site, the design and construction of all structures on the lots of the Environmentally <br />Superior Project -primary structures, accessory structures, second units, etc. -and the <br />City water tank and restroom building shall conform to the current standards defined in <br />the most recently adopted California Building Code and shall implement the <br />recommendations of the preliminary geotechnical investigation report and the design- <br />level geotechnical report to be submitted with the tentative subdivision map. <br />(ii) Remaining Impacts. <br />Any remaining impacts related to previously undiscovered archeological resources will <br />be less than significant. <br />2. Slope instability (pp. i46-147, 148-150 and 363-365; Condition 64-70 of PUD-33; <br />MM/P Fla, F2b, and F2c). <br />a. Potentiallmpact. <br />Construction of infrastructure and homes in areas of known or potential slope instability <br />and/or unstable soils could result in significant damage to existing improvements or <br />proposed development. <br />b. Mitigation Measures. <br />The following mitigation measures are hereby adopted and will be implemented as <br />provided for in the Mitigation Monitoring and Implementation Program: <br />• Implement Oak Grove Planned Unit Development (PUD-33) Mitigation <br />Measures Fla, F2b and F2c. <br />c. Findings. <br />Based on the EIR and the entire record before the City, the City finds that: <br />(i) Effects of Mitigation. <br />The Environmentally Superior Project's potential impacts due to slope instability will be <br />mitigated to less-than-significant levels as the Environmentally Superior Project <br />includes, as conditioned, requirements that Mitigation Measure Fla, F2b and F2c be <br />implemented and through the implementation of the following specific actions: <br />Exhibit A Page 27 of 45 Ordinance No. 1961 <br />PUD-33, Oak Grove <br />
