The project developer shall con- <br />tact Pleasanton Garbage Service for the disposal of all waste from the site. <br />c) Prior to building permit issuance, submit a grading and drainage design <br />plan to the Engineering Department for review and approval and in <br />conformance with the NPDES requirements. The plan shall demonstrate <br />that the proposed development would minimize or eliminate increases in the <br />volume or rate of runoff associated with both small and large storm event <br />(including two-year to 100-year storm events) from the development site. <br />d) Submit a construction Best Management Practices (BMPs) program for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of building <br />and/or grading permits. The general contractor and all subcontractors and <br />suppliers of materials and equipment shall implement these BMPs. <br />Construction site cleanup and control of construction debris shall also be <br />addressed. Failure to comply with the approved construction BMP may <br />result in the issuance of correction notices, citations, or a stop work order. <br />55. All utilities required to serve the existing houses on-site shall be installed <br />underground, including telephone, cable, electric, and gas lines. <br />56. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject <br />property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense <br />to the project developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street/sidewalk <br />reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br />57. Prior to final building inspection, the project developer shall post address <br />numerals on the buildings so as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or <br />driveways during both daylight and night time hours. <br />(end] <br />13 <br />
