CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-394 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> WITH KENNETH GOOCH AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR TRACT 5445, <br /> BAS OF PLEASANTON, UNIT I <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kenneth Gooch and Associates, Inc. will be acquiring <br /> Lots 1 through 6 currently owned by Herbert E. and <br /> Sigrid M. Singleton; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, due to the exchange of the public improvements, it is <br /> necessary for the new owners to execute a subdivision <br /> agreement in their name; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the necessary surety bonds, certificate of insurance, <br /> worker's compensation coverage and hazard control bonds <br /> have been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the Subdivision Agreement <br /> between the City of Pleasanton and Kenneth Gooch and <br /> Associates, Inc., regarding Tract 5445, bas of <br /> Pleasanton, Unit I, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 1, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None N~/TH~.MERCER~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />/j~ames R.' afker, Cit~ C er <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
