CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-387 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77-123 (A RESOLUTION <br /> ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL <br /> SERVICES OFF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON) ESTABLISHING FEES <br /> FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND AND LOWER INCOME HOUSING <br /> FUND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing Fees <br /> and Charges for Various Municipal Services) is the <br /> present repository for listing of fees and charges for <br /> the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to the revision of the Growth Management Ordinance, <br /> it is necessary to restablish the Capital Improvement <br /> Fund fee and Lower Income Housing Fund fee at their <br /> current levels; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section II (Housing and Community Development) of <br /> Resolution No. 77-123, Subsection C (Planning Division), <br /> is hereby amended to add the following: <br /> <br /> 28. Capital Improvement Fund $525 per unit <br /> <br /> 29. Lower Income Housing Fund $400 per unit <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 1, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ET/R/M~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KEN <br /> <br /> P~t~db'.
