Amador Valley agrees that, in the event it secures <br />growth management approval for any units to be constructed prior <br />to 1989, no building permits shall be sought for its 20 acre <br />residential project until construction has commenced on projects <br />which would complete both the Bernal Avenue segments from Stanley <br />Boulevard southerly to the Arroyo del Valle bridge and from <br />Kottinger Drive southerly to Independence Drive. <br /> <br /> 7. Nothing herein shall constitute a grant of growth <br />management approval or any other discretionary City approval over <br />Amador Valley's 20 acre residential project.
