CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-382 RESOLUTION ADJUSTING WATER SERVICE CHARGES AND WATER CONNECTION FEE8 WHEREAS, the need for an eight million gallon water reservoir has been established and the Council has authorized plans and specifications to be prepared; and WHEREAS, the report of the financial consultant recommends adjustment to the water service fees and water connection fees; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77-123 (Establishing Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services)is the present repository for listing of ees and charges for the City of Pleasanton and it is appropriate to amend it at this time; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 77-123 (A Resolution Establishing fees for Various Municipal Service of the City of Pleasanton), Section VI, subsection 2 (Water Charge) is amended to read as follows: 2. Water Charge Per 100 Cubic Feet 0-3000 cu. ft. $0,556 3001-5000 cu. ft. 0.608 5001- 0.660 Section 2: Resolution No. 77-123, Section VII (Water Connection Fees), subsection A, is amended to read as follows: A. For each single family house, or any other use that is determined by the City Engineer or his duly appointed representative to have a water demand equivalent to that of a single family house, for normal domestic type water uses only, there shall be a connection fee charged for each service connection as indicated in the following three year graduated fee table. This shall be the minimum charge for all uses. For all other uses, for each service connection, a charge shall be made as established in the following table depending on the size of the meter required for that service connection as determined by the City Engineer or his duly appointed representative.
