AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION AND PAINTENANCE <br />OF LANDSCAPING <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made this 11th day of rTarch, 1982, <br />between VORELCO OF CALIFORNIA, INC., hereafter referred to <br />as "Property Owner" and the CITY OF PLEASAPITON, a municipal <br />corporation, hereafter referred to as "City". <br />,,~ <br />~ . ~. <br />r <br />THIS ~ ~,GREEP~NT IS BASED UPON THE FOLLOWIPIG FACTS <br />(1) Property owner is the owner of real property in the <br />City of Pleasanton described in Exhibit "A", attached to this <br />Agreement and made a part of it by this reference; <br />(2) On February 9, 1982, the City granted an application <br />for Design and Site Review approval to said property; <br />(3) By the terms of the City Council approval, property <br />owner's tenant is required to install and maintain landscaping <br />in accordance with a plan, to be approved by the Planning <br />Department prior to Building Permit approval; <br />(4) Both parties recognize that the installation and <br />maintenance of landscaping is an integral part of the property <br />tenant's plan for development of the property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES, as follows: <br />1. Purpose. The purpose of this Agreement is to assure <br />(a) installation in accordance with the landscaping plan <br />previously approved by the City and (b) continued maintenance <br />and care of the landscaping. <br />2. Property Subject to Agreement. The property which is <br />the subject of this Agreement is described in Exhibit "A" attached. <br />-1- <br />
