CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-381 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF KEN GOOCH AND ASSOCIATES AND NEW LIFE <br /> FELLOWSHIP CHURCH FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REZONING <br /> AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A TEN-UNIT RESIDENTIAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT ON ONE ACRE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF <br /> VALLEY TRAILS DRIVE OPPOSITE ITS SOUTHERLY INTERSECTION <br /> WITH NATIONAL PARK ROAD (PUD-87-18) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 18, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Ken Gooch and Associates and New Life <br /> Fellowship Church for Planned Unit Development rezoning <br /> and development plan approval for a ten-unit <br /> single-family residential development to be located on <br /> an approximately one acre site located on the south side <br /> of Valley Trails Drive opposite its southerly <br /> intersection with National Park Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated July 14, 1987 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development <br /> plan would not have any significant adverse effects on <br /> the environment: <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Ken Gooch and Associates and New Life Fellowship <br /> Church for Planned Unit Development rezoning and <br /> development plan approval for a ten-unit single-family <br /> residential development to be located on an <br /> approximately one acre site located on the south side of <br /> Valley Trails Drive opposite its southerly intersection <br /> with National Park Road. (PUD-87-18) <br /> <br /> <br />
