CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-380 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF B-W CONSTRUCTION AND FIRST INTERSTATE BANK FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 28-UNIT TOWNHOUSE COMPLEX ON 2.4 ACRES LOCATED AT 553 ST. JOHN STREET (PUD-87-20) WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 18, 1987, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of B-W Construction Company and First Interstate Bank for development plan approval to construct a 28-unit residential townhouse complex, to be located on approximately 2.4 acres at 553 St. John Street; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 19, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of B-W Construction Company and First Interstate Bank for development plan approval to construct a 28-unit residential townhouse complex, to be located on approximately 2.4 acres at 553 St. John Street. (PUD-87-20) Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
