8. TERM <br />If the City Council has not adopted a 'tesolution of <br />Necessity pursuant to this Agreement by May 24, 1984, then <br />this Agreement shall terminate and be of no further force <br />and effect. <br />9. .ATTORNEY'S FEES <br />If either Harty commences an action against the other <br />to enforce or interpret this Agreement, the prevailing warty <br />shall be entitled to have and recover reasonable attorney's <br />fees and costs of suit from the Harty not prevailing. <br />10.
