CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-379 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF DIAMOND PROPERTIES AND PLEASANTON SCHOOL <br /> DISTRICT FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 25-UNIT <br /> RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY 7.9 ACRES <br /> LOCATED GENERALLY IN THE AREA IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF <br /> MISSION HILLS PARK (PUD-S7-17) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 18, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Diamond Properties and Pleasanton School <br /> District for development plan approval for a 25-unit <br /> single-family residential development to be located on <br /> an approximately 7.9 acre site located generally in the <br /> area immediately north of Mission Hills Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated June 25, 1987 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development <br /> plan would not have any significant adverse effects on <br /> the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Diamond Properties and Pleasanton School District for <br /> development plan approval for a 25-unit single-family <br /> residential development to be located on an <br /> approximately 7.9 acre site located generally in the <br /> area immediately north of Mission Hills Park. <br /> (PUD-87-17) <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
