CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-379 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF DIAMOND PROPERTIES AND PLEASANTON SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 25-UNIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY 7.9 ACRES LOCATED GENERALLY IN THE AREA IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF MISSION HILLS PARK (PUD-S7-17) WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 18, 1987, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Diamond Properties and Pleasanton School District for development plan approval for a 25-unit single-family residential development to be located on an approximately 7.9 acre site located generally in the area immediately north of Mission Hills Park; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 25, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Diamond Properties and Pleasanton School District for development plan approval for a 25-unit single-family residential development to be located on an approximately 7.9 acre site located generally in the area immediately north of Mission Hills Park. (PUD-87-17) Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
