CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-376 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL OF THOMAS BLACK FOR A <br /> MAJOR MODIFICATION TO THE PERMITTED BUILDING ENVELOPE <br /> FOR 4 RED FEATHER COURT (AP-87-14) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 24, 1987, the Planning Commission <br /> denied the application of Thomas Black for a major <br /> modification to modify the permitted building envelope <br /> for an existing parcel located at 4 Red Feather Court; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to the City Council by Mr. <br /> Black; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the matter was considered by the City Council on <br /> August 18, 1987 at a duly noticed public hearing; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Denies the appeal of Thomas Black for a major <br /> modification (PUD-82-10-6M Grey Eagle Estates) to an <br /> approved development plan to modify the permitted <br /> building envelope for an existing parcel at 4 Red <br /> Feather Court. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 18, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: Councilmember Brandes and Butler <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KENMET~ R.
