DRAFT <br />Subcontractor may terminate the contract upon 30 days written <br />notice. Subcontractor shall be compensated for the period during <br />which the contract was in effect as a pro rata share of the total <br />fee provided for in the contract. <br /> <br />REPRESENTATIVES: Subcontractor designates Ruth Freis and Miriam <br />Miller, co-directors, as the authorized representatives of <br />Resources for Family Development.
