AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATIOPd ANll MAITdTETdATJCE <br />OF LANDSCAPING <br />~~ <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of <br />19 81 between <br />STONERIDGE INVESTOP.S <br />hereafter referred to as "Property Owner" and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />a municipal corporation, hereafter referred to as "City". <br />R E C I T A L S <br />THIS AGREEMENT IS BASED UPON THE FOLLOWING FACTS: <br />(1) Property owner is the owner of real property in the City of <br />Pleasanton described in Exhibit "A", attached to this Agreement and <br />made a part of it by this reference; <br />(2) On November 12 1980 , the City granted a <br />Design Review Board approval to said property; <br />(3) By the terms of the Design Review Board approval, property <br />owner is required to install and maintain landscaping in accordance <br />with a plan, to be approved by the Planning Department prior to Bui1d- <br />ing Permit approval; <br />(4) Both parties recognize that the installation and maintenance <br />of landscaping is an integral part of the property owner's plan for <br />development of the property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BETWEEDI THE PARTIES, as. follows: <br />1. Purpose. The purpose of this Agreement is to assure (a) <br />installation in accordance with the landscaping plan previously <br />approved by the City and (b) continued maintenance and care of the <br />landscaping. <br />~~r~ <br />~~ <br />
