CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-368 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS <br /> FOR PARCEL MAP 4473 (PURI/ALCO LAND COMPANY, INC.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, improvement plans for Parcel Map 4473 have been <br /> submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the <br /> necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received <br /> by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council <br /> at its meeting of August 18, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the parcel map is consistent <br /> with the Pleasanton General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br />Section 1: The improvement plans for Parcel Map 4473 are hereby <br /> approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers <br /> are instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute <br /> the Subdivision Agreement for Parcel Map 4473, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 18, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None NE~THR~A <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KE YOR <br /> <br /> ~mes R.
