CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-367 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOR LANDSCAPE DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 <br /> AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 87:367), advised the City Council that plans <br /> and specifications had been completed for landscape <br /> maintenance for Landscape District~ No. 1984-1 and that <br /> said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 18, 1987, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for landscape <br /> maintenance for Landscape District No. 1984-1. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 18, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />/~ames R.
