CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-366 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> OFF-SITE STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE SENIOR HOUSING <br /> PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BID8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 87:366), advised the City Council that plans <br /> and specifications had been completed for the off-site <br /> storm drain improvements for the Senior Housing Project <br /> and that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 18, 1987, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> off-site storm drain improvements for the Senior Housing <br /> Project. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED AUGUST 18, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ZEH~R ~ <br />TEST: <br /> <br />By Doris GeOrge, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />%~T~ TO FO · <br /> Pet~f D~ '~cD0nal , di ~ AttOrney <br /> <br /> <br />
