Thence from said True Point of Beginning, N 89054'32'' E, 118.00 feet; Thence S 0005'28'' E, 259.30 feet; Thence southerly on the arc of a tangent curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 748.00 feet, through a central angle of 24024'52'', for an arc length of 318.73 feet; Thence S 24019'24'' W, 217.00 feet; Thence southerly on the arc of a tangent curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 257.00 feet, through a central angle of 25017'26", for an arc length of 113.44 feet; Thence S 0o58'02'' E, 64.13 feet; Thence S 23°21'09'' E, 113.50 feet; Thence southeasterly on the arc of a tangent curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 250.00 feet, through a central angle of 11°48'43'', for an arc length of 51.54 feet to a point in the northerly right of way line of Mohr Avenue, distant thereon S 89°01'58'' W, 83.68 feet from the easterly terminus of that certain course designated "N 8g°01'58'' E, 359.60"', as said rightof way line and course are delineated upon said map of Tract 5684. The sidelines of said lO.O0 foot wide strip of land to be lengthened or shortened so as to terminate in said northerly right of way line of Mohr Avenue, at said terminal point.
