CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-365 APPROVAL OF STREET IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR FUTURE "A'l STREET SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION (PUD-83-8) AND ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT DEED WHEREAS, a improvement plans and a Street Improvement Agreement for future "A" Street sanitary sewer extension and Mohr Park improvements, have been submitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; and WHEREAS, said improvement plans were reviewed by the City Council at its meeting of August 18, 1987; and WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of an Easement Grant Deed for the sanitary sewer line; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities indicates that acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; Section 1: The improvement plans for the sanitary sewer extension and Mohr Park improvements are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said approval. Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute the Street Improvement Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: The Easement Grant Deed from J. F. Shea Co., Inc., dba Shea Homes, is hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
