Carey in March. <br />All affected (i.e.vacant or not fully developed) Development Agreement property owners join <br />this Petition in requesting that the existing Hacienda Development Agreement be extended for a <br />five year period. <br />As we discussed, the Hacienda Development Agreement expires on December 31, 2008. hl its <br />essence, the Development Agreement recognizes paid for and already built traffic capacity, and <br />rights to buy sewer capacity. <br />Owners of the affected Development Agreement properties have been on hold for approximately <br />five years while the City looked at a TOD Specific Plan and completed its General Plan process. <br />The Hacienda Design Charette was held in Apri 12003, and development proposals have been on <br />hold since well before that date.
