MINUTES <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />October 16, 2007 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Hosterman called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />Roll Call <br />Present: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Absent: None <br />PUBLIC COMMENT -None <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Anticipated Litigation, pursuant to <br />Government Code §54956.9(c): <br />Based on existing facts and circumstances, the City Council is deciding whether to <br />initiate litigation concerning the City of Livermore's decision to approve a lease for a <br />fixed base operator of its airport without conducting any environmental review. <br />CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL -Existing Litigation, pursuant to Government <br />Code §54956.9(a): <br />Stacey Manzella, individually and on behalf of Similarly Situated Persons v. the City of <br />Pleasanton, County of Alameda, Case No. RG06289274 <br />Jerry Wagner v.
