Any party or <br />successor in interest may change the foregoing address by <br />giving. notice of a new address to each other party in the <br />manner herein provided. Notice shall be considered received <br />two (2) days after the time of mailing.. <br />XI. SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST <br />.This. agreement shall run with the land and. be binding <br />upon .any and all heirs, assigns, and successors in interest <br />of Developer having an interest in the property described in <br />Exhibit "A". <br />XII. RECORDATION. <br />This. agreement shall be recorded in the office of the <br />County Recorder of Alameda County.
